About PanNeubean Steel
PanNeubean Steel is a passionate and professional
steel drum band. The band is led by Jeffery
Clayton, a New England Conservatory educated
Steelpannist. Clayton has been playing the
steel pan (also called steel drum) for 25
years and is passionate about the instrument
and spreading the traditions of reggae and
calypso music. While reggae and calypso are
their primary styles, PanNeubean Steel plays
in a vast range of styles, from jazz to zydeco,
all the while adding their own unique flavor
to the music. PanNeubean Steel is available
for weddings, corporate events, and parties.
